While many engineers may not initially favor programming, it's an essential skill to remain relevant in the field. Python has emerged as the predominant language for network automation, and, recognizing this, I've crafted a course to demonstrate how you can use Python scripts to effortlessly configure MikroTik devices with a single click. This not only streamlines the process, even for a large number of MikroTik devices, but also minimizes the potential for human errors that are prevalent in manual configurations.
In this course, I won't cover everything about Python. Instead, I'll focus on the scripts crucial for network engineers, explaining and applying them to showcase the potential of network automation on MikroTik routers.
